Need Some Serious Help!!

Ok it started a few days ago when i hit a road bump. Car started to run sluggish, and misfired from the 1st cylinder. I thought maybe the coil packs and harness went bad so i changed those and the spark plugs which were done pretty much. Changed them issue still kept going new spark plugs were blackened and bad. thought maybe fuel pump went bad but that wasn't the problem causethe car still got fuel and ran rich. Yesterday decided to check the maf and disconnected it car still ran the same so i thought the maf went bad changed that still issue keeps going. It throws out black smoke when you press the gas. it seemed like a vacuum leak when it first appeared but it wasnt cause all hoses are connected and it seems fine.
Issue:
1. Sluggish
2. Really rich
3. Misfires
4. rpms stay at 1400 and you can hear the motor not firing right.
Changed checked:
1. coil packs and harness no issue there
2. injectors fine
3. fuel pump delivery is good car gets fuel
4. maf changed with new issue kept going
5. vacuum is fine everything is connected
6. really dont know where to turn at this moment cause im out of ideas
7. checked the ecu for codes and didn't give any but then again not too sure if it was done right cause stopped checking it once i saw the maf issue.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know i would really appreciate it! If you need more info ask but i really need some help with this!

have you tried swaping ecu's? when you hit the bump maybe shitty wiring could have shorted into the ecu and could cause the problem.. just a guess.. also I know you said you checked it but the vacume line for the fpr... also it would make to much sense but check your couplers and check for boost leaks...

Just because there is fuel getting to the motor doesnt mean the fuel pump is still good.
Hook a fuel pressure gauge up to be sure, the motor in my friends car was doing the same thing, fuel pressure decreased into boost, but would run fine if idling.
What did you gap your spark plugs at?
Who did the wiring?
Who did the assumed SAFC tune because you are running a Z32 mafs w/ stock injectors??
Check ECU for codes?

Car is fixed!! checked the thing i should of checked first the "ECU" and it was the tune chip that was unplugged 
car is now back to running like a champ! I really appreciate the input guys thanks!
