I agree it's potentially the MAF.

But how do you know the fuel pump was new? Sometimes a 20yr old pump can look brand spanking new, because it spent it's whole life submerged in gasoline. A pump may LOOK fine, but you should test it to make sure it works (you can run 12V directly from a battery to see if it works).

the line on the fuel pump is new(has new clamps n whatnot... and has the wires crimped on...)

but i did a lil testing(without the volt meter...)

got a video of it(when photobucket will finish loading it ill post it on here... but i unplug the tps and car does nothing connected or not... unplug the maf and car bogs then trys to stay running and cant rev past 3500ish plug it back in and car dies. starts up after that and reves to 6kish(i am guessing here i was working under the hood and had it almost WOT)

thats correct, however, as it is going bad, it makes the ECU do weird things.
Nissans do weird stuff to keep themselves alive.
If the MAF is just going bad, then it could be sending the wrong signal to the ECU but not wrong enough to trip the ECU into thinking the MAF is bad, and therefore is making the ECU dump way too much fuel to compensate for the tweaked out MAF signal. get to about 4k and the motor just chokes itself out on fuel.
strange things can and quite often do happen

if it was fuel, it wouldn't cut out like you are saying it is.
if it was fuel, it would be load related, as in, it would bog and cut out at a lower RPM going up a hill and a higher RPM going down the hill.
If you need to test it, go for a drive, see what RPM it is cutting out at, then slow down, pull the Ebrake up some and see if it bogs/cuts out at a different RPM

when i go to my parents tomorrow to get my tag ill try that...
video wont load to photobucket(on free internet) it stops at 61% and has sat there for ever now... but i unplug the tps and car dont change atall...plug it back in and no change in how it runs unplug the maf car bogs down. plug maf back in car dies.

so i am going to go buy a new TPS and install it... (hope the 95 maf is the same as the 93 cause im testing using the fsm of a 95 because i cant download the 93 one...)

voltage test from ecu for tps says 0...
voltage test of tps at connection says 0...
maf tested right good volt wise according to the 95 fsm(both 93 and 95 maf/tps have same part number at advance...)
