Hi all, I'm having a problem with my ac on my sr. It's the digital Controller and the ac is only working on hi. What should I look at replacing to fix this?

 

press the different fan speed button.. hahaha

take the AC out? problem solved! its now lighter and you dont have to fiddle with it

 

I'm not fond of sitting in a puddle of ass soup in the middle of summer lol

 

roll the windows down and go fast??

 

maybe the switch on the climate control is bad. same thing my altima is doing i get air when i turn to 3 or but nothing works on 1 or 2. i really have not taken the time to look or i could prob figure it out

 

Check the blower motor resistor. It is behind the glove box towards the left hand side of the blower motor. Pull the harness off and check for continuity between the terminals. If there is a short the resistor needs replacing. They are not cheap, but you might be able to find one at a junkyard.

 

If you have a DCC, i have an extra control box you could buy... ;]

 

If that's the problem, then I'll buy it but i'd have to test it to make sure.
