Default Clutch pedal help

so i did the clutch dampner delete today on my 92 nissan 240sx and it holds pressure and comes up but when it gets to the point where the spring should take control to pull it the rest of the way up it just stops a tiny bit short... any suggestions and if this helps any while driving it... you must pull the pedal the rest of the way up with your foot to fully engage the clutch or otherwise its like the clutch is slipping and the cars wanting to go at the same time.

what it sounds like is that you adjusted it to far and instead of the pedal coming all the way out it is staying in some riding the clutch correct??
adjust it again with just a little play when it fully comes out.
