Spray a bunch of PB blaster into the hole and let it sit overnight, it probably wont work, someone was stupid and didnt put anti seize on the threads when installing the plugs, and so they are stuck, or maybe someone did cross thread them.

it will turn, but you know how it feels when you either over tighten a bolt or cross thread it, you can retract it to some point but gets harder and harder as you go.. Yea, Its either going to have to stay in there until i can get the head to a machine shop or?????

If you can get it out and it does tear up the threads you have the option of helicoil or timesert also.

Well then if its cross threaded, metal shavings and shit in the combustion chamber... Try the PB blaster method.

mine did this but i got a compression tester stuck in it lol..when i finally got it out it ripped out like 3 or 4 threads so i was always scared it would get worse so when i had the head off doing a head gasket i took it to a machine shop and got really lucky that it only messed up a few threads and when we pulled it out the threads came with.so the new goes in without a problem cause there not crossed just missing like 4 out of 20 or so threads
