Pros and cons of using a aftermarket tie rod end on a brand new oem tie rod.
I found brand new ones in my garage, The cost of new oem ones is close to that of cheaper but not china boop.

Go with oem ends ? or aftermarket?

 

I'm just curious, but what sort of problems are you having with your car leading you to change tie rods?

 

Tie rod is snapped in half.

I bought the inners new. deciding on outers.

 

I think the only pro of the aftermarket outer tie rods are the ones with the extended stud for adjusting bump steer on really low cars.
