Knock Sensor would be easy to diagnose, the ECU will spit out a code. I've had one go out and this doesn't sound like one. Have you checked ECU for codes? Also start the car and disconnect each coil pack to see if the idle changes to see if one is broke (or possibly narrow down a bad injector) Also ohm check the injectors. If you need a coil pack I have several that I will give up for $20.
^^ Negative,CAS control firing order ,Ecm control injector pulse.........check all 4 conection at the ignitor!knock sensor wont give you runing problem!!

Yeah, I didnt think it was the knock sensor, already checked the codes givin me 555 so its not a sensor, imma pull the packs tomorrow morning. timing is 20 degrees off dead center correct?
15* btdc....I still have some coil packs from when you bought them so if u need one you know where they are. I got laid off so I'm just sittin around the house till I get bored and go back to work, so any time you wanna bring it by I'll take a look at it

I had a similar problem after getting my 120k service done, but he just forgot to tighten the CAS so it rotated out of timing.. good luck though
