Default Interior sprays ... opinions suggestions.

I really just need a black interior spray to do the headliner and carpet.
I want to buy these parts mint/brand new so since they aren't easy to find, I plan on doing this in the mean time.

Has anyone used a specific brand that worked good? where did you get it? pics?

Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric paint from advanced or autozone. I don't have any pics but my friend did his carpet with it and it turned out really good.

VHT makes a superior product off the shelf but if you really want to get something good, google SEM. They make colors that perfectly match factory colors.

SEM Landau Black - Perfect OEM color. I used it to paint my carpet black.

headliner doesn't usually dye well, it has a tendency to get stiff and shitty. As for the carpet, a cheaper route is to go to the grocery store and buy black Rit dye, its a concentrated powder you mix with water. Remove the carpet from the car for best results. Wearing gloves, spray the water/dye mixture onto the carpet utilizing a spray bottle. Spray it as evenly as you can, then rub it all in with a rag and allow to dry. This method doesn't give your carpet the hard cruncy feeling that an aerosol does, and a box of rit dye is like $3.50 as opposed to $10 a can for SEM dye.

Def. use the sem interior paint on your plastics. If I had to do the carpet again I'd use a dye instead of aerosol. Mine came out perfect, but it took 4 cans and each one was almost 12 bucks
