you can use a KADE clutch fan, but it taps a pully, i ran mine on my SR for a while, all i did was shave off about 1/4" off the back of the blades...

now i'm running an OEM clutch fan, shroud, and condenser fan... only runs hot at the track, and even that is at OEM temps... hot for me i guess... Nismo tstat keeps it running cooler than OEM all the time...

He has dual flexalites and like 2 relays and its still drawing way to much current. I mean the relays could possibly be wired wrong I guess but I don't know. I'm with him though I <3 my clutch fans, I will always run clutch fans on SR... maybe clutch fan + electric fan but I've had electric fans fail to often, a clutch fan is your fail safe.

Run better relays ? Wire them properly, there are plenty of relays around capable of 40A each, there is no way those little joke fans pull even 30a each of typical relays capacity. IIRC they're rated at 20A for the pair.

If fans are failing on you, quit buying garbage, way too many OEM cars run around every day with just electric fans and dont blow up instantly if something goes wrong. IF things are wired right you are gonna know it before any sort of damage is caused.
