Default intake air control valve

How do I clean it besides seafoam, I mean it did help for awhile.

Don't feel like putting a new one on, at all.

yeah, it is worth trying to clean them.
I used almost an entire can of carb cleaner on the one I cleaned. (multiple cleanings) and never had a problem with it again.
Sometimes what happens is you clean the gunk out of it and the gunk was what was keeping it all working, and within a week or two, it falls apart. seals go bad. whatever.
But, cleaning it should work.
