Default ECU Question

I found another ECU I had that came out of a 95 Auto 240sx SE model. The sticker says HU is this truly an auto ECU? I put it in my 97 and the car started and ran fine but I still hit rev limit at 6700 so it leads me to believe it may be a 5 speed ecu. I'm just curious I did a google search for nissan ecu HU and got a bunch of headunit crap so I figured I'd ask you guys.

i thought the auto ecu just got rid of the speed limiter... didn't think it did the rev limiter too...
i've honestly never used an auto ecu on any of my 5spds, so I personally don't know...

It appears to be a 96 OBDII Auto ECU, the part number is not on the list but from going by what appears it would fit where one of the boxes shows ?? as the numbers before and after it are in order for it to fit there. Thanks for the response, you've been repped. Also it was my understanding that there was no rev limiter on the auto ecu anyway, but I may have read wrong. I don't see a need to get rid of the speed limiter as I won't be going above 120 anywhere around here.
