Can someone possible tell me about this turbo?

All is says on it is 16v 9 nissan motor


that is all. ?

It has a T3 flange.

Any help would be great.

there should be a plate oh the center housing... with a bunch of numbers, cross referance those numbers on the Garrett site.. if it;s a Nissan turbo, it's most likely a garrett...

i'd post a link, but i've been drinking LIT's with my lady and overall quite lazy at this time... but that's how i ID'd my turbo...

Post some pics up Shane. I know RB25's use a T3 flanged turbo. I'm pretty sure Z31 turbos used a T3 too.

 

Yeah they are both t3 flanged t2 turbos, post a pic of the exhaust outlet. They are quite different and easy to tell apart.

The one on the left is a T3, the right is a T25 with a T3 flange.

Might be an earlier version RB25. The one I posted is the metal impeller series 2 RB25 turbo. the earlier ceramic blade ones might look slightly different.

I vote RB25 turbo.
