Default sr20 swap not starting

This past weekend I did my sr swap but its not starting. the engine will crank over but not start. checked dry compression 120ish on all 4 cylinders. I think the car is not getting spark for some reason. any help or suggestion would be much appreciated, future thanks.

p.s. I heard that turning a car over to many times can make the spark plugs go bad, i dont know if this is true. the plugs i put in are 6 months old but have less than 30 miles on them.

Re check timing
Check fuel lines
Make sure your spark plugs are not soaked in fuel(check timing)
check all your grounds

was it never running or have you driven it and it stopped running?
if it was running, did it die and not start back up or did you just come out one morning and it just wouldn't start?
