preheat oven to 300 and bake them so the sealant gets hot and sticky, then pry apart, replace the lense and then put back together with a small aounbt of black RTV to ensure the seal....I would do some research on how long to bake it though as I don't remember the times....should be able to find it if you search removing headlight lense??

Its doesnt take long, just a minute or so in the oven.

And instead of black RTV, they have clear window sealer just for this. Its like 2$ at advance/auto zone. Used it when blacking out my 929 housings, never had a leak.

Thanks for the info guys. I was told to use a heat gun like when you roll your fenders and just keep going around the headlight but I did some research and you gotta set the oven to 200 deg. Then shut your oven off wait 5mins put the headlight in for 10mins and shoul pull apart.

Well It actually worked. preheated the oven to 200 degrees.
turned the oven off
waited 5mins
placed headlight in for 12mins
lense slowly pried off
heres a picture of the finished process and tools needed.
