Pulling out error codes on sr ecu
Allright how do I pull error codes off a sr20det ecu?
It was rom tuned.
I tried the twist cw and then ccw with the screw and no flashing lights or anything.
any ideas?

There are several write-ups on how to do this, including in the FSM. The fact that it's ROM tuned has nothing to do with it's operation. But, if the ROM board or tune is bad, it won't work.
