car tried to stall/sputtering?
Yeah just cleaned it...when I looked inside it really wasn't that dirty. But I cleaned it with carb cleaner and still does it. I don't think it's the mafs.
$20 is very cheap for one though because I just checked the price for one at Advanced auto parts and they quoted me $254!

It maybe stupid but try checking the battery terminal. They tend to rust out n not give full power to the car. It happen to me in my old S14 n it would not let me go past 3000

Well did some more checks on it today. Checked my spark plugs and they were all black. Cleaned them off. Started it and no difference. Checked my timing it's good. Tried disconnecting my battery and touched the cables together. Started it and still no difference. Does anyone have a mafs I can just borrow and use it to see if that's it? I really don't wanna shell out $250 for a reman mafs. Also checked my cap and rotor...the cap looks good but the rotor looks like it's firing through the bottom? so I guess I could have a bad rotor too...even though I just replaced it several months ago...
