GTIR turbo S15 T28 compressor upgrade questions

Default GTIR turbo S15 T28 compressor upgrade questions

so i know i talked about this with Z28ricer and hillbilly drifter... but i forgot exact what was said...

i have an opprotunity to buy the S15 Spec R comp and exh housings and CS water and oil lines for $120 shipped, the question is i know a S14 comp housing bolts on... what about the S15? i know they're the same but i don't know if the wheel profiles are different and i'm worried about buying the housings and them not fitting....

and exactly how much more flow/power will i get out of "upgrading" the comp housing?

yes i've searched... and i come here cause we seem to have some GTIR turbo experts here...

fuck it.... went ahead and bought the shit.... i know it's an upgrade as it's the same size as the S14 housing, and S15 no R housing...

plus, for $120 shipped and getting all that, it's a deal...

the waste gate actuator post doesn't take a C clip, it takes a cotter pin, of which i'll get one on there ASAP...

I run a s15 turbo and everything bolted right on with the stock manni, the only thing that changed is because the wg is so big u need a custom ac line it will melt right through it. Also since i have a s13 sr into a s13 i had to the the oil fitting from a s14 turbo to make the oil return line work. The problem there was it was smashing into the steering and keep riping through the stainless steel line lol.

real turbos dont have a t2 flange.... so go ahead and put your skirt back on
