haha thats awsome my write up is pretty much finished because with the blend door motor all that has to be done is it plugged in to the plug and stuck onto the air box, everything else works, but since I have the real part ordered I guess I might as well wait, not like I need heat in florida this time of year anyways haha.

I know this thread is a bit dated but I've been searching the internet and need an answer for this.

I got a dcc unit with incomplete sub harness. I have all sensors connected except the outside ambient air temp sensor. I cant figure out what the outside ambient air sensor connects to on the DCC subharness. Could someone indicate the plug or color of the wires this sensor connects to?

Greatly appreciated.

i found one of those top pieces in my hatch the other day lol, didnt know what it was for the life of me D:

 

I'm the one that origionally did this write up just changed my shared_user name... um ya on a Silvia or 180 the wires are run through the factory harness so you'll have to figure out what wires they are and run wires front the dcc subharness to where it goes on the hood latch support. I just converted my Silvia to DCC also but the wiring was already there for the ambient air sensor. Sorry for the lack of help.
