When i plug my windshield wipers in (on the steering column under that plastic cover) my car wont start. How would i fix this problem and still have working windshield wipers and a starting car =D

 

well I know your car very well, worked on it many times trying to undo some of the hackjobs, that car has been hacked up soooo bad you should just replace the whole chassis harness IMO.

 

I guess ill star tin the WTB section for chassis harnesses >.<

 

haha yea good idea Dan had some guy wire the RB20 that used to be in there that had absolutely no fucking idea what he was doing and hacked the shit out of everything, after he was done it looked like a somebody had like vandalized his wiring haha

 

lmao. im still getting used to this car. so far i have replaced the spark plug cables, alternator, sparkplugs and some of the interior. i have painted most of it. im gonna put some pictures up in my build thread a little later, but im gonna need a hand with the wiring. i don't feel confidant doing it myself.

 

Its easy just need to take out the dash and unplug the harness and plug the new one in, but its the same harness going all the way to the taillights

 

oh sweet. while i have the dash out i can put that material i wanted on there i wanted. i saw that red bandana interior that one guy did on here and i thought i would buy a bunch of black bandana design and some elmers spray glue and cover the dash with it. should look pretty nice.

But i digress. i would still like to have someone around that knows what hes doing. i don't know. it can't be too hard but it would be nice to have someone tell me right before i fuck up. lol.

Just go to Jo-Anns and look around and find some fabric you like and do it. Here is mine, the flash made it stand out a little more than it does in real life though
