Could this be the reason my battery keeps dying?

seems like the guy before me cut and spliced a bunch of wires and it looks horrible but i'm not sure if this is the reason why its taking a crap on me.

Yes...

Get new terminals for both ground and positive.

It was killing my battery as well. I changed it over to good terminals and the problem was gone.

the chopped up wires will cause corrosion wich will cause paristic drain and block your current flow.

my batt is brand new i just need the terminals apprently. lol. can i get them at Autozone? or advanced auto?

its 100% the alternator. because when i jump it it runs fine. then after i disconnect it it runs fine for about 10 minutes then slowly dies. Alternator. =D I FIGURED SOMETHIGN OUT *pats for DSMSpoolin*

Could also be the alternator fuse.....just saying I would check that before buying a new alternator
