Just an update. Removing the broken window was easier than I had thought it would be. And I managed to salvage the window seal from the busted window to put on my new window. Just gotta glue it back together now.
this is old window removed, cleaned glue off, and test fitted new window.

yea, taking one off a shell without breaking it/ruining the seal is the hardest part. But if you ever had too. We took piano wire an attached it to 2 wood handles and 'see sawed' it. Worked pretty good, and I got the wire free from a piano repair shop.
