Question Sr20det red top Boost guage question

Today I was driving my s13 with a stock Sr20det redtop in it and noticed when I was driving and got on it the boost wouldn't go past zero. And its a faze boost guage and has been working corectly for the past year and a half and just started doing this today I checked the hose for leaks and it doesnt seem to be leaking, The vacuum reading is correct on the boost guage so I dont think its leaking. I dont think anything is wrong with the turbo my bov still sounds off and the car is not smoking or anything. but im not sure and info would greatly be appreciated.

Does it feel like the car is building boost correctly?
C-clip off the wastegate actuator?
