Put a cap over the EGR tube and weld it shut.

Weld the hole in the header shut, then install o2 sensor, weld any other holes and install.

i used an air ratchet to get my exhaust off, cause im lazy lol.

 

ok well i got the header on and got the car running. i ran out of time tho. i still have to get some clamps, a reducer, and do some welding for the rest of the exhaust. as of now it sounds like a lawn mower on steroids lol

 

what can i use to plug the EGR holes on the header??? i would weld them but it is extremely hard to get to them without taking the damn thing out

 

a nickle, and then thread the fitting in it.

 

but i dont have the fittings...

 

no clue then, I couldnt find a plug to plug it.

Maybe take it to a fastener place and see if they have something.

 

yea the only thing that fits over/ on it is a publix waterbottle cap lol
