Coil wire pops of on 92 SE-R

Does this happen to anyone else?
Ill be driving and hit some bumps and the car dies.
This has happened to me about 3 or 4 times since ive owned the car.
Every time the coil wire is popped off.
whats the fix? Im about to crazy glue the boot on....
