and I'm not saying you can just buy a car in Japan and come over here and go to the DMV and register it with a couple papers from Japan so dont think that. Just giving a little info. There is alot more steps than I mentioned.

Well I'm willing to bet that there are better ways to get things in through Canada and the islands. Canada especially for the 20-year rule cars.
It just feels sketchy all around when the only "legal" operations for importing Skylines, Motorex, RB Motoring, and Kaizo, have all been paid visits by ICE and DOT and gotten vehicles impounded.

Yes Canada is the best bet because of it already having been legalized there and brought in through certified importers, plus Canada has a 15 year rule. All 3 companies you listed that import car started off by doing it the legit way then all got lazy and started taking short cuts.
