Preliminary indication is that you have your fuel lines on backwards. From the pics posted, it appears the fuel line going from your fuel filter is connected to the return line from the fuel pressure regulator. Swap those around and see if you have any luck.

 

line from fuel filter goes to bottom fuel rail line and the top is your return line. goof ball your sending fuel to the back of your regulator. swap them and crank that bitch up.
