have power to the fuse when the key is turned to start position.
have voltage to the starter signal wire at the starter when the wire is dissconected and the key turned to start position. i probed, while it was unplugged from the starter, the wire with the key held in start position and had 12 volts as soon as i plugged the wire into the sarter the voltage went away and was gone even when i unplugged it again. my freind let go of the key turned it again and the power was back

i traced the wire back to the 3 plug harness on the tranny ran a peice of wire to it and touched it to the battery and the car turned over.

i just replaced the inhibitor relay and still the same things.
