ok heres the story I took out my safc2 and forgot to rewire the maf so then it wouldnt go past 2500 rpm then I reconnected the wires and now it revs past that but it bogs out when i step hard on the gas. Especially if i put it on full throttle it bogs out even worse. Any suggestions guys

Use a multi meter to check resistance and voltage for the MAF/ check a diagram. After you know the MAF is correctly wired you may want to check timing.
