My motor for my antenna in my 96 Altima is dead. Anyone know a good source to get a new one? Besides the dealer. (too expensive) thanks!

Ebay... thats where I got mine works great. www.240sx.org has a how-to on those antenna motors. Nissan is known for less than average antenna motors... if anyone REALLY cares about that.

or if u want get a shorty antenna from discount auto they work pretty good. i replaced a power one on my camry but my 240 now has a big whip one which ill replace later on since i almost run into it all the time. they make ones that are like a foot tall and dont look so bad. they probly run about $15. if u can figure out what is wrong with your power antenna you will save money by just buying the shaft or just the motor. my shaft ran about $80 for the camry alone (toyota has highest parts prices of big jap companies). you can also do ebay like other dan said.
