Alright well i have a 95 ka24de (thats the first problem) and went to change out my thermostat and on the ka where the elbow bolts into the engine, the bottom piece where it bolts in had broken off the engine, like an actual chunk. so now i cant bolt it tight and have no idea on how to fix this. any advice from anyone would be awesome

no, dont half ass shit that holds coolant or oil in your car, buy a new timing cover, or a new elbow. youll have fluids everywhere if you try to jb weld some bullshit.

timing cover is the only thing i can think of, but that involves me not being lazy, but pretty sure ima have to do that. also, is a s13 ka timing cover same as a s14 one?

wow... alright, so how bout i took off my lower chain cover, and found out that bitch was looser than a $5 hooker. also noticed that when your looking at the engine with hood open, that chain guide on the right wasnt there at all and the actual chain was digging into the cover and the bolts that were supposed to be holding the guide. so hopefully thats stops the chain rattle thats been pissing me off.
