Do this. That's how mail-order tunes work. Run the car, get plots with air/fuel, if you need a change mail that data to JWT.

maybe your not understanding me, maybe i'm not specific, but the first thing he needs to do: KNOW if he neesds tuning there is no magic to it and i never mentioned anything about tuning, i only suggested for a dyno run so he can simply see if he needs it, bc he isn't even sure if he needs it or not.

oh ok, cool i was about to get mad for no good reason. now it seems funny, i had just seen you had quoted me. he probably has vacuum issues and thinks its' tuning.
