300zx coil packs bad??
i have a 90 300zx and it wont start... its not getting any spark.. i think its the coil packs... how do i test to see if the ones i have are aby good

excelent first post...
it's most likely not the coil packs, because it's VERY unlikely they'll all go bad at once, causing no spark. what would happen is as they go out, your motor would sputter as one cyl isn't firing...
check your ignition, coilpack harness, CAS... hell, fuses, fuel pump, FRP etc... no firing could be a multitude of things, and most likely NOT coilpacks...

how did you determine it isn't getting spark? Just a good guess or what?
