Default Wheel/tire question

I wasn't sure where to ask this question. Since the wheels are going on a Nissan I will ask here.

Has anyone ran a 205-45 on a 9 inch wheel?
Do you think it will fit?

Thanks,

it will fit, just might be a little sketchy.
i used to run 215's on a 9.5, tracked down the road a little weird, but was fine other wise.

I wouldn't track that, but you can daily it!! Hankook and Nankangs are decent tires for stretching. I have seen a 225 on an 11.5 so this will work. Again sketchy for any spirited driving, but can be done...

yeah, but patrick isnt a dipshit like alot of people and probably cares how it drives.
why i mentioned it tracking a little weird. meaning, real darty in grooves in the road, shit like that.

why such a big stretch patrick? i can get an awesome deal on some 245-35-17's right now, just for you haha.

Yea im deff not tracking these wheels and tires and I don't want the car to pull all over the road.
The reason I was going to stretch the tires is they are rubbing the front springs. 17*9 24 et with rt-615's sit too close to the springs... it doesn't help that 615's run bigger that the advertised size.
I am going to work the front suspension and see if I can get run the 225/45.
If I can't make that work I will run a 215/45

pretty sure you missed the whole point of this thread, his current tires rub. And he needs smaller tires..
