Default turbo 240sx help please

ok this is the deal my friend has a 97 240 that we recently turbocharged it ran fine, now it is at the shop because they had to weld the piping and tune the car so now the car when its called it starts but after few minutes when it warms up it starts running rough and than shuts off. The guy said it was the distributor, we put another nothing, than he said map sensor we did that nothing. So whats the deal anybody had this issue please help

its not keeping the car from turning off, the car turns off when it reaches operating temps.
