WTF is going on here- tach preoblems

so my tach has alwasy worked fine and just recently it stopped. most of the time it just sits on 0 and doesnt move but every one=ce in a while it bounces all around like fucking crazy. i took a vid maby some of you know whats wrong. keep in mind that in the video the car is off the key is just in the on position.

dont mind the sound pb does it to all my vids idk why

Whoa, danger to the manifold! Check the grounds in your drivers and passengers footwell. Also, check the ECU plug and dash plug (one that connects to the engine harness) and make sure they're tight.
