The fresh block just came back from the machine shop already clearanced, assembled etc, so I'm just going to use all the s13 rods on the s13 crank with all the bearings that are already there since i know all the clearances are already right. I'm lazy haha

you don't know unless you checked them yourself. you assume that they got it right.

and you assume the mains are the same size from block to block.

+1 check the mains..if you keep the s13 sr together i found twin a head for 300 from john at black ops..

No one assumes that. It's stamped on the side of the block that the mains are different. 22222 what!

I found him a whole long block with new cometic headgasket and arp headstuds for $250

PLUS I could prolly get that head from John for like hardly anything


but its gonna be cheaper and better to swap everything into the s14 motor
