Annoying problems...
Ok i have asked answers for a couple questions but im just going to lay almost everything wrong with it so i can start really fixing it, the car is a 1990 Z32-NA
First.
The car surges and falls on its faced randomally between 1800 and 2500 rpm.
It only does this warm. It runs smooth when cold. What do i need to fix?
Second.
What should the oil pressure normally be during idle and and hard running?
Speaking of hard running my Oil Pressure drops to Zero when stomping on it in the power band. Any Ideas?
What would I have to do to get a Tighter steering Ratio? (less turns from lock to lock) Ive never done this before and Im really jeolous of my friends S2000's steering ratio.
Thanks in advance.

General rule on oil pressure that I learned in school, You need 10psi for every 1000rpm of engine speed. Most manufacturers figure in at least 30-35psi extra. For my 350z the service manual states that at idle it should have 15psi minimum and at 2000rpm it should have 40psi or like 42psi I cant remember off the top of my head.
As far as your steering question, Im not sure about all the different models of the 300z but youd have to get a rack that has a smaller ratio for your desired "less lock to lock"
And for your idling question, there a number of things that it could possibly be, check vacuum lines, make sure you have no intake leaks.
