ok well yesterday i was getting ready to put in my SR 370cc injectors in my other KA and i noticed something that im not too sure about. might be a dumb question but here it goes: do i need the little plastic pieces on the injectors where it spits out the fuel? heres a pic for an example: http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/i..._injectors.jpg
im not talking about the yellow parts, im talking about the little white caps. and if i do need them, could i just go buy them at advance or something?

 

no, you don't need the pintle caps.

 

From what I understand, no pintle cap is fine as far as spray pattern is concerned. It's mostly there to protect the pintle itself.

Its available for use right now, and google shows posts on TR anyway. That's how I find the threads I need.

I just gave up looking because its been gone forever, and that google search sucks. It brings up old ass threads that usually aren't relevant.

 

ya i posted here cause i thought search was still disabled. i didnt see that it was enabled again. but i searched google and it gave me places to buy injectors and how to take them out. so i posted here. but thanks to the peeps who helped me lol. repped.
