anyone ever ran the hankook 225 45 15s?
anyone have any experience running a 225 45 15 on a s13 before?
theres a couple available. hankook venus rs-2, toyo t1r i believe...??
i plan on mounting it on a 15x8.
i was originally thinking 205 45s bc im only gonna be running 195 50s out back but, i would love to have a 225 for grip up front. but would 205 45s match up better with the rears 195 50 15? (same size/height) i cant really find the height of a 205 45 anywhere.
205-50-15 is 23.1"
(so 205 45 15 should be between 22.7 and 23.1 theoretically)
195-50-15 22.7"
225-45-15 23"
or should i just go with the standard 205 50 15 falken azenis up front???
my fronts and rears are 15x8 btw
im thinking if i do the 225s up front with 195 out back the front might be too grippy. idk
someone chime in

i dont know, what should i just do 205 50 15 azenis and thrash 205 50 whatever in the rear?
i usually get the smallest tire i can find for the rear for better sliding, even tho i hear alot of people taklk about running more grip in the rear for sliding. my cars only gonna be like 200hp so i didnt see a problem keepin 195s in the rear. but i NEEEEED max grip in the front obviously, 205 50 15 azenis hav rocked my world b4, but was just wondering about using 2 225.
if i used the 225 45 15 up front, i could use 225 50s in the rear, but there usually arent that many around. theres tons of 205 50s and 195 50s everywhere in tampa

I run a 205/50 all around... but I like some grip in the rear, even with 200hp.
and call me, I work near Busch Gardens. I'll bring the valve covers into work one day.

run 205 or 215 all around sink, I would never run bigger tires up front on a RWD car.
Even with 200 hp, I would run 205f 215r or 195f 205r.
