anybody heard any 1320s on this car I mean it should be pretty quick with 255-260 hp and 241 lb tq

mid 14s??? hell no....both of my parents just baught one. so there are 2 brand new 2002 maximas in my drive way and they run 15.5s stock. Thats what they G-Teched at and thats what the consumer reports tested them at.

ur parents probably got autos!?

the 6 speeds probably have good short ratios in 1 and 2 i would think.

larry (mad max) on here ran 14.3 in his 2000 that had 222hp stock with intake and muffler and thats like almost a whole second faster than what they were rated at stock. im sure a really good driver could pull at least a 14.3 or maybe 14.0-14.1 stock wise??? unless they got heavier.

Update the dude that ran the 14.3X in a new Max well this is his first manual tranny car

Said he didnt run the car to redline either

haha a maxima running mid 14 stock? type Rs are like 14.7 i think stock :sigh: i dunno what im gonna do with you guys lol.

i know youre a domestic driver thats why i dont expect u to understand what im telling u.....but yes the 02 Maxima w/ the 3.5liter VQengine w/ 255hp will run about the same or better than an 02 GT stang (mid 14s).....and BTW the new RSX-R is supposed to run about a 14.3 when it comes to the US.....just fillin ya in

A handful of guys have run 14.5s with automatic and only intake. Even back when the 4.6 GTs first came out running low 15s stock the Max at the time was running low-mid 15s. Might as well spend a few K more and get a quiet ride with roomy seating for 5
