Brake problems help needed!
Hi i have a friend who owns a ::95 (B14) Sentra GXE with no ABS:: who haves brake issues.
The problem: While he's driving without having to put much force on the brake pedal his brake are already locking up and forcing him to slow down. and now he uses the E-brake to slow down. and if he does touch the brake pedal his brakes lock up and he can move the car.
So if anyone has any idea of what the problem is please leave a comment on what you think it is.
Also: I been told he has bad brake calipers, but according to him there "brand new".

i had the same problem on my 89 240. calipers would tighten and only way to get moving again was to bleed the calipers manually. then i would be fine till i used the brakes again.... it ended up being the brake booster.. new calipers did not fix it nor did the new master lol alot of money but hopefully i helped you out with your problem lol
Im sure its not the porportaion valve cause that only controls the rear brakes but does anyone know a really good way to find out how the "brake booster" and "master cyclinder" is bad?
Remove, bench bleed for the master. And put a vacuum pump on the booster to see if it holds pressure.
This is all common sense stuff. But if you're in doubt, just go ahead and start replacing shit at random.
