What is a perfect 240?
To me the perfect 240 is the one you build with your own hands from ground up.
Stiffer chasis
Balanced
Performance
Aerodynamics
ect....
I agree with the ones who say an all purpose car.
The only thing is that I have extra parts laying around.
They are my Drift setup
Drag set up
Autocross set up
And then it's the daily drive
But There's no way you can build a drag, drift, autocross and dd with 22k.
Not a reliable one that is.Those nums. don't match not even if you do all the work.
But if your talking about making it a fashion ricer then it will make more sence. It'll have to be 500hp for autocross 400hp for drift and 700+hp for drag.
At least thats what I think.Remember fasion comes with a price get some good insurance on it........Kind of thinking I never liked that blinbling deep 18 0r 19" crome rims.Make it look like some weird hot wheel toy
17x10 on the back works just fine to me

well if you build the motor properly and have a stand alone with more than one tune, you could just use two different turbos to change out upon your daily needs, hell maybe a just one turbo on low boost fits your dd, and with high boost might also fit your drag, but i don't know too much about how turbos work, just a thought. (don't quote me)
wow that black one is sweet....
WTF? I am not trying to be a dick or anything, but WTF? I don't know you and you don't know me or anything, but because of what you have said I am going to close this thread it has gotten way too gay. 22k is definitely way more than enough money to build a Nissan 240sx of any kind. 1.) your horsepower numbers are stupid. 500 horsepower for auto cross? Have you ever driven an autocross? Maybe because it is late this post pissed me off and im not catching the satire. If I am right and you are serious please stop... build with your hands? WTF else would you do?/ Buy one from carmax? 700 horsepower drag car? If you own a 240sx and drag race/ if you drag race period= FAIL. 400 horsepower for "drift"? in a 2600 poundish car? I don't think you have ever driven a 400 horsepower 240 have you? My 277 horsepower 240 ran 12s in the quarter mile and was more than enough power for both autocross and drifting. I really want you to respond; so I will not delete it yet.

you make it sound like A LOT of fabwork is a bad thing. I take pride in the idea of building a car that took A LOT of CUSTOM fabwork. I would rather spend countless hours custom fabricating something instead of opening a catalog and ordering a setup any asshole can have.
One of a kind FTMFW.
On the origional topic.....
S14 full cage, chasis welded, full interior, pair of probably Sparco seats and 4 point harnesses. Nitto NT01's on Bronz TE37 Volk's, Probably Tien coilovers. fully built SR20DET Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo. And a solid tune. And it would be painted Sonic Blue with the interior being all black.

I was meaning a lot of fabwork to loose the car's shape etc w/ a V-mountsetup. Cutting coresupport out I just cant imagine what that would look like. Hints why I said pictures.
