How much did you have to cut out of that pignose for that intercooler to fit?

Quite a bit. There is still some trimming left to do since it hits the couplers but there is a fairly large pile of junk bumper laying around now. When I cut the extra out, I'm also going to cut the little fake vent slots out to make them functional.

Welded up my bov flange, aicv tube today. Not the best welding I've done but it will work. Also got some bumper brackets. More progress tomorrow.
