Or in the leg as the flywheel sails through the floorpan. I've seen it happen.

There was ~1000 miles on the clutch in my truck, no locktite. And my impact gun still couldn't take them off. And all my other vehicles, I did not use locktite and still no issues.

Being an ex-transmission guy, I've seen a lot. Once, I saw a C5 that sheared the flywheel bolts and the flywheel went through the floorboard and dashboard like a buzz-saw. The owner is lucky that he got his feet out of the way fast enough.

You're lucky that the bolts didn't come loose. Brandon is lucky that his didn't come all the way out. LocTite is cheap insurance, use it.

Too bad they weren't loose at all, which I knew they wouldn't be. Someone told him, it could be rod knock. But I will know tomorrow for sure.

yeah none of the bolts were loose at all...none were sheared off...i'm not ruling rod knock out but it doesn't make any noises at idle...only seems to make noise when i hit about 3k rpms and up...idk but i'm all bummed out

You're lucky still. But don't use it, I could care less. Just start scoping out places with good wheelchair access.
