It's common for Walbro's to die. Period. OEM pumps last decades. Go grab a Supra or Z32 pump. Both will handle your power. Both are dead reliable. It's probably going to make some noise though. I never notice my Tomei pump when the tank actually has gas in it.

 

Jus put the pump in, no whine at all yay

fuel pressure was at 40psi so well see what its at after we hard wire it

 

I have the fuel pump from the tt supra in my red coupe and it wines a little bit but not as much as the aftermarket 255's but my fuel pressure is at 65 psi.

 

ive had a gtr fuel pump for 2 years now...and the previous owner had it for 2 years, no problems with it as of yet(knock on wood)

 

for some odd reason its not turning on now =s
