I was wanting to save that for another build I have in mind, but Iv always thought that would be a badass idea. for the hood gauges I was wanting to build a servo popup door so when you are driving they are up and when the car is off they are down and safe from theifs. but keep them coming thats good outside the box thinking man

iv had an idea for that but im not sure i will have the time with all the other interior stuff i need to do. but what i had in mind was a pod that would hold the safc, turbo timer, and gauges all in one unit. if i have time while im making the box for the back I might fiberglass that toghther but it will depnd on time, it sounds odd but it will take at least 10hrs to build that...but it was the original idea. I migh just stick with it.

making a pod would be the most simple solution, but it might get bulky including a safc and TT into it.

Wouldn't be too practical for on road monitoring but maybe set something up in the center console? I admit this is not nearly the best idea, how ever, about every practical solution has been mentioned.

i like not having any guages in my car, i hate clutter though.
if i had guages anywhere, i would just mount them on the dash, who cares if it isnt cracked, it will be someday.

other options that i dont like as much are the center ac vent panel, or move the radio somewhere else, and use that space.

or here. where the red dots are. you could mould it like a pillar but its still messing up the dash and taking alil leg space for your passenger
