wastegate, how to know what PSI spring to use?

Default wastegate, how to know what PSI spring to use?
just wondering, If I plan on trying to make 350whp what PSI spring in my wastegate will I need?

it all depends on like, what you want your minimum boost to be.

Get a light spring and a boost controller to raise it. My spring is 8psi and I still spin 1st gear.
