Anyone around the clearwater area with a trailer or car dolly that will be available monday or tuesday to help me out?

Help will be GREATLY appriciated!!!


My DD 240's timing chain finnally shat itself, the car jumped timing and now sounds like its way cammed out but dies apon giving it gas, so I cannot get it home to make any repairs.



Is there a fellow nissan enthusiast who can help me out before the car ends up getting towed? Has been there all weekend already and I have not been able to find a reasonable means of towing.


I live 6 miles away from where the car is and dont want to risk pulling with a rope behind my eclipse.


All i can offer is the little money i have, which will easily cover gas, a hand shake and a huge bag of thank yous.

the "almighty nissan gods" say they dont think its the timing..............


its only driven around 15 or so miles a day.
car drove fine to work. noticed timing chain was making more noise then normal.
parked it. end of day went to start it and it would not even attempt to run. few trys later it starts and sounds cammed out like a drag car... seriously...gave it gas it died.
i go to pop the hood and the cable comes off at the latch... just my luck now i cant get under the hood.
tryed again same thing.
tryed again and the motor bucked wildy and would not start.
tryed again and it would not even attepmt to run.
tryed few more times nothing. waited and smoked a cigg.
tryed again and the car runs again sounds cammed out but now ALOT less then before but still died apon throttling.
