help i was wonderings...
Your right I dont, I know nothing about SR's more like... What is the issue that you cant run a fwd block?
they dont bolt up at all?
different starter locations?
fwd engine mount locations are different so it wouldnt bolt into an s chassis?
intake manifold would be aimed towards the firewall?
pretty sure the input shafts are different between fwd and rwd trannies.
and, why would you even bother?
you know.
they make rwd sr20de's that can be purchased for little over the cost of a fwd longblock.

i know that but i dont want to buy n e block that is n/a and make it turbo to much shit.... i wanna have a block that is built for boost not an n/a.... i have a sr20det in my car and it has a knock... i jus dont feel lke taking out the motor and rebuild it... i rather go nd buy a longblock but nobody is selling n e longblocks only the swap i dont need another swap.... but thanks for answering my question...
Well I was going based off of a few engines that I know of, as a long block it would be different for sure. But as a short block I wasnt sure.
I know engines like the KA and the 2.2 and the 3.8 that GM uses is made in both a FWD and RWD format that you can use either black you just have to swap manifolds and stuff.
So excuse me for making a mistake Mr. I sit on the dam internet all day
