I know plenty about this seeing as I work for RS Enthalpy and they've reportedly ripped off a few of our tunes. Other ROM tuners have reported their work being "borrowed" as well. There's a long ass thread on Zilvia about this guy. Basically knows just enough to make things work, but he's no tuner. To be fair, there are some cookie cutter setups that have happy owners. He's also got a small group of nut swingers as well. I should also mention that seeing every ECU that goes through RS Enthalpy, we've removed several Emance tunes (to put our own in) after they weren't satisfied.
Or just use common sense. Beware people who sell on eBay that keyword spam other company's names.
